Argan oil and henna hair.

I usually rocky a red hair color. Its dyed with henna. Yes henna like the tattoos.
I recently got argan oil to try on my hair and wow, normally with henna you cant use highly chemical based hair products to condition your hair ie pantene. Its just not enough moisture. So i tried the argran oil and its so nice. And its way better imo than bio oil.

Living with Chronic heath issues at a young age

I spend most of my days in bed. I am unable to work because of my pain level, my symptoms and the amount of medications Im on. I am currently in a post operative endometriosis, which means basically my body is extra sensitive and my endo flare is worse than usual because Ive just had surgery to remove adhesions. Its all semi tolerable with pain meds. however my treatment is done through the VA which doesnt honestly give a shit about womens issues. They also dont give a shit about my service connected injuries since Im missing pain meds for those too. Why? because of dumb ass obamacare laws that inhibit me from getting the narcotic meds I have to take since I can no longer take nsaids due to internal bleeding. anyways irrelevant. I was in the ER two days in a row getting some sort of relief but the truth is, thats not something that can happen everyday. I have one severe issue thats bothering me right now. Anemia. b12 deficiency causing some severe leg pain. muscle spasms all that mess. after days of suffering I remembered that an amazon seller hooked me up with b12 patches that I needed to try and review anyways. So I got them out and put one behind my ear and tested it out. within 10 minutes my pain had diminished by half. I took a nap and when I woke up a few hours later my pain was down by 80%. Sometimes a little b12 is all you need to perk your body up. I am so thankful that I had these and I want to give a HUGE thankyou to the seller on amazon who sent me these to review them. I have already told several of my friends with the same issue to try them and Im obviously singing its praises here. I know a lot of people dont really read my blog and right now its just to vent and talk about the neat things I get to review on amazon and well my puppies of course but seriously, if youre reading this and you have leg pain when you pms, you should try adding b12 to your life.

My little sister graduated high school today.

She graduated a year early with an awesome gpa. Almost done with college as well. Im so proud.

My babies this week

Animals. Pets,
They are sometimes the best antidepressant, healer, best friend. Loyal  wonderful. Dogs are amazing. I am so thankful for my babies.
They help get me through every day. They give me purpose, they love me unconditionally, they keep me company, and are always happy to see me.

On days when my pain is too high to get out of bed, my littlest one brings me kibble and sometimes tries to force feed it to me. Which is funny and so sweet and loving  but it shows just how much she cares about me.

Wouldn't trade it for the world.
All of my dogs are rescues. Shelter pets. They are all the same breed. Australian Shepherd. 2 are full size and 2 are miniatures. Amazing loving and such a smart breed.

MATCHA MIDORI SPRING

got in my #midorispring matcha powder today. I loooove green tea, and this matcha is great. The taste is on point and the color is vibrant, the texture is perfect and not gritty or clumpy when mixing.
I got it off amazon and got it within 2 days even without prime shipping, and I love that the canister was double sealed and that its organic as well. It was soo yummy!

Kinesiology tape

< So my mom has a bad knee, and we tried this on her knee, and shes now in love, so I tried it on my feet to comfort the stress fractures of my toes and amazingly I  have no swelling tonight compared to wrapping with medical tape other nights.
I looked up how to do the designs on google and applying them was really easy. Its like wearing a brace but not. You barely notice it's there, but then again I don't feel much in my feet but my mom said the same thing.

I was pretty thrilled cause I got it for free to honestly review it on amazon but tbh I had plans to go buy some and try it versus the medical tape I'd been using so this could not have come at a better time.
So as for an unbiased review, call me a believer, this stuff works and its comfortable and the color is so vibrant and pretty, the material is soft and the chart like backing makes doing the designs and applications so much easier.

I love my dogs, all 4 amazing animals. They provide the best kind of love and comfort. And they love selfies. Their breed is Australian Shepherd. Two are full size 2 are miniatures. I would love to have more.

Matcha latte at home recipe

Matcha latte at home is amazingly simple

For me I heat about 12 oz of vanilla almond or soymilk in a pan over medium heat.
I add in a couple scoops of matcha powder
Then stir ir whisk until mixed and theres a light foam on the top.

If you want sweetener then add the kind and amount of your choosing and mix it thoroughly.

Serve in a coffee mug and enjoy 💚💚💚💚☕☕🍵🌿🌿
